Testimonials

Tara did a great job on advising us and selling our property. The sales outcome exceeded our expectations. In addition to excelling at the sales process, she was a great resource for helping us prepare the house for the sale and transfer it to the new owners. We recommend her without reservation.

Tara was absolutely fabulous and so helpful throughout the entire process. Aside from her industry knowledge and customer service, Tara is also a genuinely kind and pleasant individual. My husband and I look forward to keeping touch with Tara once we move into our new home in New Hampshire.

Tara was great! We ended up finding a home that works perfectly for our family. The whole process was a little challenging and Tara really coordinated it all and made sure it all got done. We appreciate everything she did to allow us to close as quickly as possible despite all of the hurdles we faced along the way. 10/10 we'd recommend using Tara for your buyers agent.

Wow! What a woman! Tara’s the best: give her a raise! Having been Realtor® in a past life., we truly appreciate Tara’s knowledge and skill in facilitating both the buying and selling ends of this relationship. Although we never met Tara we felt that we knew her. She was very helpful and provided a smooth experience for my wife and I.

We began our home search in New Hampshire with Ellen Christian. She really took the time to get to know what we were looking for in our ideal home. She had a gift for noticing details, and kept us on track for finding the right home, not settling. When we wanted to look in Maine, Ellen referred us to Tara Peirce. Tara was so easy to warm up to, and she made the transition seamless. We always felt like Tara had our best interest at heart, and she was a wonderful negotiator. Tara was very kind and honest, easy to understand, and communicate with. We know we were in good hands during the entire buying process. Tara has also gone above and beyond, making us feel very welcome in our new neighborhood. We are so glad we worked with Tara, and Ellen-- We were able to purchase our dream home & land, in an incredible location. Exceeding our hopes in many ways. Thank you so much!!

Ellen and Tara founds us the perfect home and were a pleasure to work with. Professional and kind they made us comfortable and confident in the process. We are thrilled with our experience. Thank you, Marc and Sion

Tara was so responsive and attentive. I felt prepared for each step of this journey. Thank you!!

Tara went beyond what we expected from a Realtor®. She helped with staging, stayed connected throughout the process and discussed lowering the price when sales were stalled. She walked the potential buyers toward a sale with extra time spent on bringing a roofer in to discuss costs of repairs and she stayed positive and supportive of both parties throughout negotiations.

Tara Pierce is above expectation on every piece of property we have ever sold or bought - she is OUR Realtor®. She is a real go getter on everything that she has worked with us on. Knowledgeable and energy that never quits. I can’t imagine doing it any other way. Thanks for your work.

Tara Peirce was extremely thorough and attentive throughout our sale. She advocated on our behalf, demonstrated excellent communication skills and guided us every step of the way. We are so grateful for her service! Thank you, Tara!

I highly recommend Tara as a real estate agent whether you’re selling or buying. She is experienced, personable, knowledgeable and accommodating.
